Finishing vanilla kernel support for H3?

I followed your steps to patch kernel 4.9 here: http://moinejf.free.fr/opi2/(because i want hdmi can work on my OPI with mainline kernel). After pached, when I compile kernel 4.9, it was failed. It said can`t find "sunxi-hdmi.h"! Could you help me?
