  1. No I didn't try the 2e version. On orangepi.Org there are the same images for opi+ and opi+2 I tried the armbian image on opi+ : only 1024x768 resolution which false Color's Opi+2: do not start, no display
  2. Thank you for your answer: Orange Pi Plus is also a device (EOS) When I follow the link for - Orange Pi Plus 2 (H3) - https://www.armbian.com/orange-pi-plus-2/ I can download the following file, which will not work Armbian_5.65_Orangepiplus_Debian_stretch_next_4.14.78
  3. Is the build for Orangepi Plus the same for Orangepi Plus 2? When I download for OPI Plus 2 I get the following file: Armbian_5.65_Orangepiplus_Debian_stretch_next_4.14.78 but it will not start
  4. Thank you for your answer I tryed this device with a new 5.35 image with upgrade to 5.36 - and it is running ok I have a 2nd device which is running ok. Is there a possibility to write the system from the emmc to a microSD card. Or is it possible to write with armbian-config the system from emmc of the good device to a USB stick, boot the bad device from this and write back to the emmc of the bad device This would be nice because I can make a backupSD put this into the other (bad) device and I have not to set up the system new. Thank you for your helping
  5. Hello! Since I upgraded to 5.35 on my OPI PC Plus the connected TV-Screen (direct via HDMI Cable) ist purple. An upgrade zu 5.36 has the same problem. When I connect the OPI to a Standard PC Monitor via HDMI there is all ok. It would be nice if there has anyone a solution for this.. thanks SOLUTION: I downloaded a new version of 5.35 and upgraded to 5.36 Then I copied the files in /boot of the SD-Card (New One) to the /boot of the OLD system on EMMC - and it works
  6. No I think we are allone with this.
  7. Are this deb files aldo possible for opipcplus?
  8. Might it be possible to connect a 2nd Monitor (Vga, dvi, hdmi) for dualhead System via adaptor or something else?
  9. Is it possible to make a bootable SD Card with the content of the EMMC. A "nand-sata-install" back to SD
  10. I updated an orangpiplus to version 5.23 Then I put in h3disp -m 10 -d for DVI output After starting no picture. The I downloaded 5.25 for orangepiplus. I connected a hdmi monitor which works with OPI PC but with OPIPlus no picture. Do anyone has a solution. THX
  11. Is there somewhere a description how to install a Displaylink USB Port Replikator and how to add a 2nd Monitor on OPI Device. Thanks
  12. Thank you. Is there another way for a dual monitor system with opi h3 devices?
  13. Is it possible to use a Gert VGA 666 adapter with orange pi boards? It would be great to have a 2 Monitor System. https://www.raspberrypi.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=94424 Thank you for your answer.
  14. Hello! I was very happy, when the first OrangePI came out and had HDMI and VGA output. With this device it was possible to use the board with two monitors (mirror desktop and expand desktop) I use this board as thin-client in our office - connecting to windows server via rdesktop. Another way we use the boared is working with one monitor via rdesktop and running with the other Monitor or TV-Set a webpage witch is displaying infos. It is running perfect and we can save money because there is very low energy consumation and the OPIs are cheap. I think this kind of using the OPI wourd have good future. Now this board is no more availabe. I am not a technican but I think with the OPI's they now available this ist not possible (eg. connect 2nd HDMI in another way ??). I also dont now the technical spezification of the H3 processor - and so I dont have any idea if a H3 Board with 2 HDMI or 1 HDMI and one VGA is possible. Is there anyone in this forum, who wants to use OPI boards in a way I have described - If yes, perhaps the producers of the OPI will pick up this and make such a board. This is the link to my thread in the orangepi forum: http://www.orangepi.org/orangepibbsen/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=40&extra= Thank you for discussing this.
