  1. Is it possible to upgrade the Cubietruck Legacy Kernel 3.4.110 for Vanilla 4.2.6?
  2. Hello Igor! It worked and stopped giving the kernel panic in the version of Armbian 5.14 Cubietruck jessie Debian 4.6.2. However when trying to run nand-sata-intall script to copy the sd-card to nand, displays the following message: "There are no targets. Please check your drives."

  4. First you need to try this: Bugs or limitation NAND install sometime fails. Dirty but working workaround: install Lubuntu to NAND with Phoenix tools and run install again. Shutdown results into reboot under certain conditions. Due to bad PCB placement, there is some crosstalk between Wifi and VGA in certain videomodes (Cubietruck) If things fail, like in your case, you need to use those proprietary Phoenix tools to fix NAND. When this is done, you can install with our tools. Partition or formatting does not break this. And if even this fails, your NAND is broken. It happen.

  6. I am using Cubietruck with Armbian 5:04 Debian Jessie 3.4.110 with Asterisk 13 and Dahdi 2:10 with Amfeltec Piranha USB - FXO. Kernel Panic occurs constantly.
  7. Thank you , it worked perfectly! Once again you helped me ! Thank you so...
  8. Armbian Cubietruck Desktop does not start the graphical environment for Nand. I downloaded the Armbian Legacy 5:10 Cubietruck Debian jessie 3.4.112 Desktop (http://mirror.igorpecovnik.com/Armbian_5.10_Cubietruck_Debian_jessie_3.4.112_desktop.7z) , I recorded the image on an SD card using a software called Rufus ( https://rufus.akeo.ie/ ) Insert the card into Cubietruck and Armbian starts and works perfectly ! Nand-sata-install.sh run the script to perform the copy of the card to nand , the same copy without any error and asks at the end off the Cubietruck and disconnect the SD card . After disconnecting the SD card the Armbian does not start. However I rode the Nand and it meets all of the recorded files. I wonder how to start the Cubietruck by nand perfectly? Here the configuration of FSTAB file written in NAND my Cubietruck. copy was performed using the script nand-sata-install.sh Do not start by NAND /dev/nand2 / ext4 defaults,noatime,nodiratime,commit=600,errors=remount-ro 0 1 tmpfs /tmp tmpfs defaults,rw,nosuid 0 0 /var/swap none swap sw 0 0 /dev/nand1 /boot vfat defaults 0 0 Sorry I do not speak English , I'm using Google Translate ! But I thank the collaboration of all of the community !
  9. Here FSTAB configuration of my Cubietruck . It does not start without the SD Card! copy was performed using the script nand-sata-install.sh /dev/nand2 / ext4 defaults,noatime,nodiratime,commit=600,errors=remount-ro 0 1 tmpfs /tmp tmpfs defaults,rw,nosuid 0 0 /var/swap none swap sw 0 0 /dev/nand1 /boot vfat defaults 0 0
  10. I have done a test with another sdcard , and other Cubietruck and the same problem occurs . It says that 100% copied and asks to turn off and unplug the sdcard . When performing this procedure and call the cubietruck without sdcard connected , it does not start S.O. As if there were no S.O in NAND , as if it were empty.
  11. Hello everyone! I have a Cubietruck Allwiner A20 with 8G sdcard with Armbian 5.04 Debian 8 ( Jessie ) 3.4.110 - sun7i . When you start Cubietruck with sdcard Connected , I run the script /usr/lib/nand-sata-install/./nand-sata-install.sh to copy the image to sdcard NAND . The same performs all the procedures without any error until the moment of PowerOff . When turning off the disconnect sdcard and turn again , though the S.O does not start. It is as if he had not copied anything to NAND , as if empty. Has anyone had this problem ? Grateful for the support of the whole community .
  12. I'm using Debian ARMBIAN 5:04 jessie 3.4.110 . I am running /usr/lib/nand-sata-install/nand-sata-install.sh script to copy the sdcard for Nand where the script performs the entire procedure to format nand , copy, etc. and at the end asks Off the device and remove the SDCard. However when starting Cubietruck without SDCard , it will not start ! As if I had not copied the sdcard contents to NAND. Interestingly More is not of any error in the procedure performed. Someone already has this problem ? Would you help me?
