stargate
Hello, Although Armbian is not the only one, most of the orange PI PC linuxes are not include XFS support so I had to go through a time consuming process to recompile the kernel by a guide which only works on Ubuntu 14.x (doh!): http://www.orangepi.org/Docs/Building.html Here is the kernel I made for the OrangePI boards, for those who miss the same thing: http://www.filedropper.com/orangepihwpacktar
tkaiser
Armbian users should not follow those outdated instructions (only if you want a horribly outdated and insecure kernel). Armbian is a whole build system so it's almost stupid to not rely on that. For details see here: https://docs.armbian.com/Developer-Guide_Build-Options/ Also please try to understand that XFS with ancient kernels is not the greatest idea on ARM (and maybe now you get why it's disabled on most images): https://forum.armbian.com/index.php/topic/1217-xfs-filesystem/
