systemd - failed to boot (bad file descriptor)

Have you ever seen such error preventing booting (OPI PC here, legacy kernel)?

[    3.571753] Btrfs loaded
[    4.219189] EXT4-fs (mmcblk0p1): mounted filesystem with writeback data mode. Opts: (null)
[    5.465203] systemd[1]: Failed to determine whether /sys is a mount point: Bad file descriptor
[    5.474926] systemd[1]: Failed to determine whether /proc is a mount point: Bad file descriptor
[    5.484674] systemd[1]: Failed to determine whether /dev is a mount point: Bad file descriptor
[    5.507533] systemd[1]: Freezing execution.

There were power outages, so it may be related. But I've checked fs and it seems to be clear...
