nickeh
Hi, during the spring I used h3disp - 720p50 -c 1 (on 5.24 with sunxi-tools 1.4.2) to change the resolution for my desktop but today when I did a clean install (armbian 5.30 Jessie Default) I get Unsupported board/kernel combination: Orange Pi Zero running 3.4.113-sun8i. Exiting Is there still a way to change the resolution (720x576 is too low for the gui app I need to run)? Thanks in advance! Nicke
Igor
Perhaps try with an image for Orange pi One / use its board settings. Relink /boot/script.bin to Orange pi One and reboot. Than try again.
nickeh
I compared the script.bin files but didn't find anything that helped. So I read the http://linux-sunxi.org/Fex_Guide and managed to change the resolution to 720p50. Thanks Igor for pointing me in the right direction! sudo armbian-config -> Fexedit Change output type to 3 (HDMI) and output mode to 4 (720p50) as explained in the fex guide screen1_output_type = 3 screen1_output_mode = 4 Thanks!
