Waveshare 7inch HDMI LCD (C) panel

I bought a 7inch HDMI LCD (C) panel

and trying to use it with Orange Pi One. All is right, but:

1. the image constantly flickers

2. when the brightness changes, a "ghost" of the old image appears

I use power from PC power supply, yellow line, armbian image is Armbian_5.30_Orangepione_Ubuntu_xenial_default_3.4.113_desktop

Can I do something with my configs, or this panel is a piece of shit?
