  1. Nightly versions are released virtually every day. https://forum.armbian.com/topic/2422-more-proper-testing-better-armbian-experience/?tab=comments#comment-17455 You can use armbian-config -> system -> Nightly
  2. In case automatic way is not working ... you need to proceed manual way (https://www.google.com/search?q=access+point+debian) or try updating to beta/nightly repository, update and do it again. Perhaps this problem is already fixed in the development version ...
  3. Branch "development" is fixed. It should work now: https://github.com/armbian/build/commit/cd4f7d2423b84b3cf3ddf6e6bdc0344f3200a5d7
  4. A few more fixes: - Clearfog SFP and eMMC support on 4.14.y - FriendlyARM S5P6818 based boards 2G memory support and back to latest 4.14.y - fix broken 8822bs-patch for z28pro - Odroid C2 next updated patches
  5. This should fix this problem. https://github.com/armbian/config/commit/d7b283e7b8af0c64189f47d0765a790767b44e99
  6. I am trying to use this approach but no luck. It looks like my Gitfu is not ready for proper advance Git manipulation. I only know dirty ways atm. Perhaps it is better than you do this merge since for me all looks safe - "one big pull request" Merge everything, except those Bionic hacks to the master and focus to make master as stable as possible and start with a new development(s) fork(s)? Not necessarily today but after a few more test builds.

    I don't use this function ... was this working properly before this update?
  8. Today's nightly or build from development branch: - packages cleanup and reorganize: removed Libre writer and Thunderbird from the default desktop install. This brings CLI < 1G and desktop < 2G. - many bugfixes, enhancements and new software added to armbian-config https://github.com/armbian/config/blob/development/README.md - fixed FriendlyARM M3 kernel - wireless for Z28PRO - removed HDD temperature from MOTD - many upstream changes for Espressobin kernel(s) - Odroid DT blob switching was added to the armbian-config. This speeds up boot process and lower consumption on HC1/HC2 - docker building improved ... more changes will be found at the merge Tomorrow website launch ... then: - merging patches to the stable - testing - testing - fixing - testing - testing - fixing
  9. Exactly as written in the documentation but this chip is ... just read known issues section at Orange Pi Zero download page.

    New forum UI!!

    I haven't read posts here and install anything yet since I do try to get some rest on weekends ... It has been a busy week and upcoming looks even more. Fixing cosmetic issues on a forum has low priority and can wait for a while. In any case, I will seek help from theme designer since I don't want to spend precious weekends solving this.

    https://invisioncommunity.com/news/product-updates/invision-community-43-r1055 I hope more bugs were fixed than added. Edit: well I already found a new one in the first post Pasted URL has not changed to URL automatically at posting but at editing.
  19. It should work on both ... well, it looks like a bug in config script. There is still a manual way by studying this data: https://www.armbian.com/kernel
  20. https://github.com/MarvellEmbeddedProcessors/linux-marvell/issues or better notify @kostap https://github.com/kostapr
  21. You are already on beta ... run update, reboot and you should see "Switch" "Switch to alternative kernels" there. Edit: I just tested switching and it works fine, logs: http://ix.io/19ob | ____|___ _ __ _ __ ___ ___ ___ ___ | |__ (_)_ __ | _| / __| '_ \| '__/ _ \/ __/ __|/ _ \| '_ \| | '_ \ | |___\__ \ |_) | | | __/\__ \__ \ (_) | |_) | | | | | |_____|___/ .__/|_| \___||___/___/\___/|_.__/|_|_| |_| |_| Welcome to ARMBIAN 5.43.180428 nightly Ubuntu 18.04 LTS 4.16.5-mvebu64 System load: 0.18 0.30 0.13 Up time: 3 min Memory usage: 6 % of 993MB IP: 172.16.100.189 Usage of /: 8% of 15G [ 0 security updates available, 1 updates total: apt upgrade ] Last check: 2018-05-04 08:36 Last login: Fri May 4 08:36:52 2018 from 172.16.100.175
  22. Sorry. "Nightly" "Switch to nightly automated builds" is a proper term.
