[Can not boot nanoPc t3 plus]

Hello
I have a nanoPc t3 plus board and I cannot boot it.

I searched and I found a related topic that has the same problem but there is no answer.

I believe the problem is because of different mem chip but the same revision (1709)

 

Can boot armbian whit compiled friendlyArm Uboot?

the log cat is the same as above @NicroD and @aitek  mentioned 

please let me know if there is any solution to boot
