[OrangePi+ 2E (H3) crashes on 4.14 with INFO: rcu_sched self-detected stall on CPU]

Same crashes with Orange pi pc 

Linux orangepipc 4.14.18-sunxi #24 SMP Fri Feb 9 16:24:32 CET 2018 armv7l GNU/Linux
made a cpufreq-set --max 500Mhz

I will see for how long it wont crash
