Does that mean that release tags v20.0x work until there is some change in upstream sources that brakes that?
So is it good practice to base the image from master at the given moment?
Many thanks.

Hello Armbian,
how does kernel update procedure work?
There is the script [1] that indicates that kernel was updated.
Is that updating procedure automatic? When does that happen? Has it user under the control?
Many thanks for clarification.

Any news?

Perhaps:
changes owner of folders and files in /var/log.hdd, that are used to recovery logs RAMdisk - viz https://github.com/armbian/build/blob/master/packages/bsp/common/usr/lib/armbian/armbian-ramlog#L57-L69.

Armbianmonitor:
Hi,
we experience change in owner:group in /var/log. Eg. mosquitto folder requires mosquitto:mosquitto and is changed to root:root.
After this change mosquitto service is down.
Any pointers are very much appreciated.
Many thanks.

Hi,
is it possible to build 5.8.x-sunxi kernel with current armbian master build?
Somehow 5.9.x-sunxi spidev breaks our user-land application.
Many thanks.
