Thank you very much for your interest in FriendlyARM's product. As far as M3's overheat issue is concerned I suggest trying the M3's cooling package which includes a specifically designed heat sink and a cooling fan: With these two utilities applied to the M3 the overheat issue will be greatly relieved.
