Problem is on our side and a bug has been opened to the infrastructure team. You can switch to https://redirect.armbian.com/torrent/all-torrents.zip (permanent) or wait that is fixed.

I just found this OMV forum entry:

maybe you can convince OMV to use all cores with this (taskset). Since I am no OMV user I did not dig further in this.

I guess your application does not have multiple threads so it does not occupy all cores at once?
