Armbian_5.83_Orangepipcplus_Debian Does not boot from sd

Armbianmonitor:

the new version of Armbian (5.83) Does not boot from sd card I tried to install 5.69 it's work normally.

I tried to all the sd card formatter rufus and wın32 disk imager and different sd cards but no way new version does not work anyway. when i burn to 5.69 it boot normally. I guess you have to control the package whıch you upladed for opi pc+
