Armbian is built for native capabilties ! But why do you need it in 32 bits ? I don't know what version of OS does Raspbian Stretch / Buster is... But for sure some application package cannot be installed in "aarch64" or "meson64" due to no such packages available. That is why I ask such "question" in this forum. I have OPi PC (H3) and most what Raspbian packages can installed, the same as armbian for OPi PC also can be installed.
