rock64 - device /dev/ttyFIQ0 timeout at boot

I have been testing the latest Buster Server builds - kernels 4.4 and 5.3 versions on my rock64 board

In both cases I see a number of syslog entries relating to device ttyFIQ0 not starting.

Does anyone else have this issue? Any ideas how to remove stop it from trying to start?

thanks
