Only /var/run/motd.new was available just copied another instance of /var/run/motd from a second cubietruck and made some adjustments in the file e.g. ip-adresse! regards, Ireng Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
zador.blood.stained Posted June 15, 2016 Share Posted June 15, 2016 /var/run/motd should be generated automatically on each login, and it will certainly disappear after reboot since /var/run is usually a tmpfs mount.
