BPiM2+ Not booting after update to 20.05.3 using apt dist-upgrade

I got a non-booting BPiM2+ after running `apt dist-upgrade`.

 

I started with a fresh installation using the `Armbian_20.05.2_Bananapim2plus_focal_current_5.4.43_desktop.img` image. After log in I get from dpkg:

Then I updated the system via

 

apt dist-upgrade

 

and now I have

installed. After reboot, uboot claims a corrupt ramdisk:

I tried it with several SD Cards as well as the internal eMMC and I got the same result in all cases.
