Orangepi3 build issue

Dear All,
I am following below link for my orangepi3 armbian os and able to successfully prepare image file. Now if i try to again generate image then whole the process go again and it took much time and everytime download packages. Below are my requirement so please help me for.

1. build only uboot but don't want to fetch and extract sources again.
2. build only kernel but don't want to fetch and extract sources again.
3. build only rootfs but don't want to fetch and extract sources again.
4. build whole image without internet access in my system

it will be good if anyone can help me for this so i can speed up my development.

Thanks for your reply.
1) Now I am using  CLEAN_LEVEL= "images" but, still my build checking all repo and still not able compile without internet connectivity.

2) Right now i am getting kernel version 5.4 for orangepi3 but we are facing issue related to gpu. can you please guide us how to upgrade kernel 5.5 or 5.6 for orangepi3.
