Orange PI 4 not boot

No boot from sd card Armbian_20.05.7_Orangepi4_focal_current_5.4.49.img.xz

The Image OrangePi_4_ubuntu_bionic_desktop_linux4.4.179_v1.3.tar.gz is boot normaly.

SD card SanDisk Ultra 64G 10class.

console debug no viewer, but my usb-ttl not support 1500000!

 

Where SD card is new, armbian boot normaly!!!!

After OrangePi image no...

You should get a proper one. Best debug tool for SBCs.

OPI4 is built around the RK3399 SoC but since youo state it does not boot at all it kind a finds here too.

This a known issue.

If Rockchip's loader finds GPT partition table (in this case the recovery one) it tries to boot using the GPT partition layout which Armbian does not use.

 

At this point to quickly recover the SD card after Xunlong's image you need to erase last 33 sectors holding a GPT recovery partition table and before writing Armbian image.
