Cubietruck freeze troubleshooting

After an attempt to use wifi on cubietruck on Buster server 20.05.2 (upgraded from Jessie) the board experiences random freezes and I need to power-cycle the board to bring it back. I am now on Buster 20.08.02 after upgrade without using wifi (blacklisted as on the original image)

I am trying to pinpoint the source of the freeze (I don't want a fresh install) but due to zram logging, I can't seem to be able to find anything useful in the logs.

 

Can someone suggest any other method to debug my issue or how to temporarily disable zram logging?

 

Edit: I used systemctrl to stop zram and zram logging temporarily
