OPI Lite LED does not turn off

Hello,

 

I recently received my first orange pi.

 

When I shutdown lite from armbian menu, yellow light does not turn off. The only way to make it turn off is remove the power plug. Is this normal?

 

Also, I can't restart armbian by pressing the power button after shutting down. I have to unplug and plug the power cable for restart every time. Is that normal too?
