Way or command to check the Voltage received

Hello,

 

I have a OPI 4 and sometime my board switch off and some of the OS I tried doesn't work. I suspect a voltage issue. I would like to know if there is a measure of voltage done by the board ? If yes how can I access to the measure ? Thank you.

Or thermal? Opi4 needs some extra cooling and / or lowering CPU speed.
