BananaPI M2+ / Not every wifi is accessible (visible)

Hi, I had until yesterday an Armbian version from a year ago on the board, until then I never had problems with my network (WiFi). Yesterday I had then made an apt update + upgrate. After that, however, I suddenly had the problem that some access points are no longer found. This is so that my access point (Fritzbox), my mobile hotspot from smartphone (Samsung) and a network of a neighbor is no longer found. Other access points are still found, so there are still WiFi access points available but I can no longer find mine.

Now I have installed the latest version today and still the same problem.

Manual entry unfortunately brings nothing because the connection does not work.

I have no idea what I can do and hope now someone here can help me.

Thx and Best Pascal
