Cannot build Armbian for Mele A1000: ERROR in function install_deb_chroot

Hi, I know that this device is obsolete, but will be grateful if having any kind of support.

I'm trying to build an image for Armbian for Mele A1000 but no success.

Take a look at  build/output/debug/install.log, In my case, it showed that the script was trying to connect to "localhost:3142", which is where apt-cacher-ng listens.

 

Given that I'm building on WSL2/Ubuntu, I had to manually start apt-cacher-ng with:

sudo /etc/init.d/apt-cacher-ng start

Once I did that, the build succeeded.

In my case there is another reason.

I curl-ed localhost:3142 and it showed "Apt-Cacher NG Usage Information" web page
