Orange Pi Zero - Module has invalid ELF structures after power off

After power off I have many "Module has invalid ELF structures" and there is no zram. System works, but I noticed problem because when vncserver is up almost all ram is used.

How to fix it?

Is it possible that this is problem with update?

I solved my problem with backing up my data, installed Armbian_20.05.2_Orangepizero_bionic_current_5.4.43-sunxi.

I did update, upgrade and it falls apart.

Swap is zero, cpufreq does not work, invalid ELF structures.

Is it possible that update to 5.15.25-sunxi caused this? At first I thought that it was because of power off. My system works whole week and with crontab I restart it once a week in sunday after midnight. So, maybe I did update and upgrade before, but did not reboot it, so I was not aware that it could be because of update and thought that it is because of electricity power off.
