armbian on kernel 5.4 VS armbian on kernel 5.10

Hi forum. I have a board on allwinner 64. I can compare that video playback in a browser on a 5.4 kernel  is better than on a 5.10.89  kernel.

the browsers are the same from the repository. can anyone tell what this is related to?

guys, I just want you to know that armbian has become weaker in the new version of the kernel. I like armbian and that's why I'm telling you about it. I have rechecked many times.
