Cubox-i enable shell on serial console

Hi,

 

when booting Armbian Sid minimal rolling 6.1.11, there is no serial console login.

That is odd. Is console set to "both" on armbianEnv?

There is serial login. I more assume that boot fails for some reason.

increase verbosity via armbianEnv.txt to 7 and boot again to see what happens.

No, I meant, on HDMI everything is ok, it boots and I can login. But the serial stays quiet

IIRC serial on imx6 kernel broke down year(s) ago and it seems it stayed that way. When that happened? No idea. Just saying this is possibility.
