the issues came from the android system.
Now I'm in the loop of step 7&8

for your S812 system did you read the notice at the bottom?:
Attention !!!! On models with S802 S805 S812. Activation multi-boot is possible ONLY with SD card (activation of the USB stick is NOT WORKING). After a one-time activation procedure is multi-boot, run a variety of systems is possible from ANY storage media (SD cards and USB storage devices).

When activation is done I did insert a USB-Stick with the armbian-boot-image and reboot

Hello thx for help me

I reupload thé pc with the uart location on board

I don't know what is vcc. Where I suppose to plug it on the uart USB

I presume it's the 5v or 3v

Yes VCC is 5 or 3.3V but you dont need VCC because the USB-Dongle and the mainboard/pc has its own power :)
You can connect the cable as written in the Picture (RX<->TX, TX<->RX, GND<->GND)
On some other USB-Dongles it could be to connect RX<->RX and TX<->TX - but mostly not :)

I still can't install from the SD card so I used a USB stick as said @guidol and it works
after un apt update && apt upgrade I install on nand
And now I can't boot without the usbstick
Log when it's works with the usbstick pluged bootousbok.log
The other one with out the usb stick

bootwousbnok.log

Re-run the installation. When you first install the changed sections.

Yes, it's in eMMC memory. It copies the entire system from external media, if the partition is smaller than the system, it will not work.

It's supposed to be a 8gb emmc on the board.

Armbian it's on a usb stick of 2gb so it's fit
