When I tried it on RaspberryPi, it has option to select OpenmaxIL. Is this possible on Orangepi Lite, too? Anyway, you must forget anything you know about video on Raspberry Pi and start learning again. OpenMAX is rarely used outside RPi and Android. VDPAU is used here.
