cyrillic symbols in mysql command prompt

I try to type cyrillic symbols in mysql command prompt but symbols are not shown:

for example:

mysql> SELECT * FROM Partners WHERE `Name` = 'Игорь';

latin symbols are shown only. 

I try run /usr/sbin/dpkg-reconfigure locales but it didn't give results
