Hi, just want share a little experiment I am doing to try to solve my Pine64 Boot Crash/Freeze Problem using a external (MCU) microcontroller to assist it.

The idea is very simple, just "watch" the SystemLED to detect if the system is booting normally, and if NOT, then issue a hardware reset, then, keeping repeating this process until the SystemLED indicates that the system is booting up...

Still need some simplification/optimization, but the general needed info (and codes) are there...

 

Since my Pine64 board is showing this fail/crash boot problem, this is the way I am currently trying to resolve the issue and move on to finally trying to do some stuff with this little board...

 

As my use/tests progress, I will try to keep updates and improvements...
