I got AT070TN90 display and I am trying  to get 800x480 resolution on it.

root@orangepipcplus:~# uname -a
Linux orangepipcplus 4.11.5-sun8i #11 SMP Fri Jun 23 20:03:23 CEST 2017 armv7l GNU/Linux

trying  "h3disp -m 800x480"  and  "h3disp -m 31" does not give any results , it is working on   -m 32

but everything is too small ....

than I tried to edit  script file , but with no success

any ideas ?

Kernel 4.11.5 has auto screen detection and it's beta. It is more like - if it works, works ... this is some extraordinary screen resolution, but still it could work ... perhaps @jernej can give you any clue?

script.bin and h3disp does not have any effects here.

Mainline kernel currently relies on U-Boot to properly set up HDMI screen. Can you tell me which exact version of U-Boot you have? Latest version is 2017.07, which have some fixes for HDMI monitors which don't support HDMI audio. It is included in latest Armbian. I can't tell if your monitor supports HDMI audio or not, since you gave us only panel model but not the name of electronics module which converts HDMI signal to something your panel understands.

Display is  -  https://www.aliexpress.com/item/for-INNOLUX-7-0-inch-Raspberry-Pi-LCD-Display-Screen-TFT-LCD-Monitor-AT070TN90-Kit-HDMI/32616692366.html

( just for reference , note this is without touch screen kit If anyone sees it and decides to take it )

I am not sure , but I think " HDMI VGA Input Driver Board " is something like "VS-TY2662-V1"

it does not support sound , and I do not need sound  .... will be used in car (as carpc) and for sound will be used external sound card

I am not sure how to check  "version of U-Boot" whithout serial cable . so I will check probably tomorrow
