zador.blood.stained Posted September 4, 2017 Share Posted September 4, 2017 Looking at this: https://github.com/armbian/build/commit/925b8592220a590b09215f08d3f06de6b8fe238d First, I would put most of the dependencies in "Recommends" and "Suggests" sections, otherwise people will be unable to remove non-essential packages they don't want. Second, I would put something like "nodm | lightdm" so you could switch the login manager without breaking things. And third, since we are discussing the desktop packages, personally I think that lightdm login dark theme looks relatively ugly (mostly you can't see element borders for user switcher dropdown menu, it's hard to read a dark font on a dark background, etc.) so maybe we should use another theme?
