botfap Posted October 5, 2017 Share Posted October 5, 2017 @TonyMac32 might it be worth adding the udev files, hwclock script and an i2c ds1307 initiator in the tinker specific board configs? Its a pretty common rtc but the tinker config is convoluted because of the rk808 which we want to keep enabled for power functions Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
superpat Posted January 20, 2018 Share Posted January 20, 2018 Hi On my Tinkerboard running ARMBIAN 5.36 user-built Ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS 4.13.16-rockchip The command "echo ds1307 0x68 > /sys/class/i2c-adapter/i2c-1/new-device" FAILS Because my ARMBIAN has xxxx/new_device NOT xxxx/new-device Strange?
