Where is

armbianmonitor -u

that we can place those logs into some context?

Also try this:

I have run armbianmonitor -u

please check and what may be the issue.

Wifi Is working fine but Ethernet is not.

One more Question how much time it will take the armbian to be stable for OrangePi Prime ?

We have a test report which shows that there is nothing wrong: https://github.com/armbian/testings/blob/master/orangepiprime-next.report

Until development and answering to this questions goes directly from our pocket in 99% ... It is done when it's done. In case this is not fast enough, grab sources / build system https://github.com/armbian/build and fix the problem. Our resources are super tiny.

Since we don't have this problem, I highly suspect something related to your hardware, PSU, cabling. Check here for some clues: https://forum.armbian.com/forum/31-sd-card-and-power-supply/
