OrangePI Win boot to 4.X kernel problem

I'm trying to boot from exp. flash from site (Armbian Stretch mainline kernel 4.19.y), board couldn't boot (LOG):

Use DEV branch when building (you need a parameter EXPERT="yes" at this point). That one is tested and should work fine. Remember to read this first https://docs.armbian.com/User-Guide_Getting-Started/
