Remot3.it cannot call the API

I installed remot3.it.deb through terminal, when in run the connectd installer, it asks me to log in, when i log in, it says: 

 

API call to https://device.remot3.it/api/project/create failed!

 

If i run this on a Pi running Raspbian, it works fine. 

 

Any idea? It seems to be an Armbian issue as it works on other Ubuntu images.

Your logs are telling you are using nightly beta version of (automated) development builds which comes without end-user support. And you want that some 3rd party, possibly dirty written application, to work OOB?

If some application have some special kernel demands, then some additional features must be enabled. Research that and send PR https://www.armbian.com/get-involved - we don't even try to support 3rd party hardware nor software. A few vs millions is not possible to handle.

 

Try to work this out with App maker. Armbian is more or less clean Ubuntu or Debian from userland perspective and there are very very small chances that problems are related to our changes. They are minimal, should be safe.
