Pine64 kernel 4.19.x 4K monitor trouble

Hi guys, I am newbie, my monitor iiyama ProLite B2888UHSU is flickering random white lines on black screen. U-boot console was displayed correctly. Same flickering I have seen on stock 

Armbian Bionic mainline kernel 4.19.y (next). Only Armbian Xenial desktop legacy kernel 3.10.y is working correctly.

 

Can you help me?

Maybe I can fix it, too, but I don't know, how  and where to start.

Solved by ugly user hack:

 

I changed file /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/01-armbian-defaults.conf to

I run on 1920x1080 resolution, because on 3840x2160 crashes Xserver.

U-boot works with 3840x2160 console view fine, but font is small :D
