@ag123 The value of CONFIG_SYS_SDRAM_BASE for opi-zero3 is 0x40000000 i.e. 1GB of memory, so it makes a big difference in results of memory size detection. By the other hand, CONFIG_SYS_SDRAM_BASE was renamed to CFG_SYS_SDRAM_BASE at some point between u-boot-sunxi and latest u-boot official release, so I updated my patch.
