[bpi-r2 after upgrade to ubuntu 20.04 does not reboot or shutdown]

Hi,

After an upgrade from Ubuntu 16.04 to 20.04, my bpi-r2 card does not restart or shutdown, still stooping all time.

I send pings and still on and all ports are closed.

I install

sudo apt-get install u-boot-tools

 but no effect.

Any idea?
