[cvt: command not found]

Hello,

 

All working but impossible to start cvt

 

anakin@rock-5b:~$ /usr/bin/cvt
bash: /usr/bin/cvt: No such file or directory
anakin@rock-5b:~$ sudo cvt
sudo: cvt: command not found

 

Edit : it's good

 

sudo apt-get install xcvt.

 

But Impossible to stay in this mode. Just 0,1 seconde and the board switch to the older 1920x1080

Hello I just installed armbian (Gnome) on my NVME and all seems to work great (without SD card).

 

So, the first issue I have is the resolution of the screen.

 

I add 2560x1440 (1920x1080 was the maximum before) but the test in this mode not working.

I think the cause is than I copy/paste the mode from a post on internet.

 

In fact, cvt is not installed and impossible to calculate mysel the vesa CVT modline.

 

How can I install CVT ?

[No sound on odroid N2 (kerbel 5.4)]

Hello,

 

I want to have the GPU mali integration so I choose Armbian kernel 5.4

 

But there is no sound l. The command aplay -l not list any hardware. And no sound on HDMI

 

An idea ? 

If I must choose another image can you tell me the good image ? And can I will keep the bifrost wayland integration ?

[Boot from SSD with N2]

Same issue here.

 

With official petitboot or not. I have copy manually my armbian boot.ini at the root of my SSD but nothing.

 

Note my SSD need 10 seconds to be detected.

 

Armbizn bionic desktop 5.4 kernel.

 

I want to test armbian (with GPU integration) without erase my official ubuntu.
