Sadly, I seem to be having the same problem. I noticed this recently.
I was running a RAID5 with 4 WD HDDs in ext4.
I haven't looked at the logs for a while, but I'm surprised to see that this error seems to occur frequently in my situation.
It seems to occur when frequent reading and writing occurs, perhaps due to virus checking.
Has anyone had any success with this?
