@jock In fact I tested it on over 15 images. I started from the current ones, going to the older ones. This was just one of the boot logs I took. I'll try to see if it really has 3 gb of ram, at least on Android it said that. But I confirmed that the datasheet would only go up to 2gb.

@fukowaka I tried these images: Photo But none does not crash. Even the multitool, I couldn't do a backup because it would take more than 30~60 seconds to do that. Any image I try, none works for more than a minute. I'm Brazilian and I followed this video tutorial, I even tried to compile an image, but so far nothing. I'm booting from the SD card, because the way things are, it wouldn't be possible to install on NAND through the multitool. There doesn't seem to be any hints in these debug lines.

Hi @jock, I'm having some issues with my Rockchip 3229 TV box. It has 3GB of DDR3 ram, 4GB of NAND memory. All images I tested including Multitool, LibreElec, Armbian crash after a few seconds. It freezes between 30 and 60 seconds. Sometimes after the system finishes booting, sometimes at boot (if the boot process takes longer, like on first boot). It doesn't matter if I'm using an image that uses a minimal interface or with a graphical environment, it turns on the led flashes and after locking the led it stops and remains on, and usually generates some noise in the debug port. I'll leave the boot debug logs, it's not a power source problem because I tested it with 3 others, and I also tested it on another tv box of the same model, and it had the same behavior.
