  1. Hi RaptorSDS. Thanks for the quick reply. I had used several apps, ran "free" in a terminal, and all showed 2GB. In all of those cases it was shown that a little over 1GB was in use, maybe 1200 or so. I think what you are suggesting is that what is being shown in android is a lie, and I expect you are correct. Can you suggest a more reliable way to check this in linux and/or android?
  2. I have been reading this forum, googling, and tinkering for a week or so and I am still having trouble with RAM. Android shows 2GB but in armbian I can only see 1GB. I have used the compiler found here, made sure HIGHMEM was enabled in kernel options, but I still only have 1GB. I feel like it is something obvious that I am overlooking, but can someone help me out?
