There’s another thread about this here tldr: 23.02 Bullseye works, but if you need a GUI I don’t know what you aught to do.

Also tried Tipine9824's armbian-firmware debian package. No luck with Armbian_23.02.2_Orangepi3-lts_jammy_current_5.15.93.img.xz. You used the minimal images, do you think that affected anything? Edit: Got it working using the bullseye package, so I guess that's the solution for now.

Wi-Fi didn’t work for me with jammy 23.02.2 and bullseye 23.02.2 just looped at /scripts/local-block without booting
