Thanks @aoleynik I wasnt sure if it was hadware related, though i suspected as much. Thanks for confirming. When i read your post, it matched the issues i saw 100%. (Part of me was hoping it was software related). I'll reach out to the seller to see if they are open to helping me out. Again, I appreciate your help on this.
