For anyone else searching for a solution, I switched to dietpi and now the `overlays=uart5-ph` actually works and I can access it via `/dev/ttyS1`.

I see the device tree file here: ``` /boot/dtb/allwinner/overlay/sun50i-h616-uart5-ph.dtbo ``` But after adding `overlays=uart5-ph` to `armbianEnv.txt` and rebooting, I'm not getting any new serial device created. Any idea what I need to do?
