Kelvie Wong in HDMI doesn't work for radxa-zero 3 on "current" and "edge", but works on "vendor" (for the 4GB version)
The patch doesn't build against rockchip64 6.12 -- and looking at the patch it doesn't affect the RK35XX series at all.
To port it, I think I need the max_prate constants for the RK3566 (is this in clk_rk3568.c? or some other file, there isn't a clk_rk3566.c)
I think the datasheet (https://www.boardcon.com/download/Rockchip_RK3566_Datasheet_V1.1.pdf) says it's 600MHz for HDMI
