I tried to install armbian server 5.25 with Kernel Legacy 3.4.113.
The SDcard boot works well but when i try to boot from nand just after nand-sata-install, nothing happens.
I tried to install LXDE 14 nand from official pcduino repositories and boot works so the memrory is not corrupted.

UPDATE : I found this solution to my problem. Thanks to walkin-corpse who had the same bug in the meantime.
